If parents/carers have a concern about their child in school we would ask them, in the first instance, to make an appointment via the School Office to discuss it with the class teacher or Key Stage Leader. If the concern is unresolved and they wish to pursue it further, the Education Authority has drawn up a complaints procedure (required under Section 23 of the Education Reform Act) which parents may wish to consult. Copies of the procedure are available for inspection at all schools maintained by the Local Authority, public libraries and the Complaints Officer at the Education Authority Department (address below).

Please do not hesitate to contact the members of the governing body. They will be pleased to receive your comments and will, if necessary take up any issues on your behalf. Governor meetings are planned for six sessions during the school academic year.
