If parents/carers have a concern about their child in school we would ask them, in the first instance, to make an appointment via the School Office to discuss it with the class teacher or Key Stage Leader. If your complaint is still unresolved please arrange an appointment to speak with the Deputy or Head teacher. If the concern is unresolved and they wish to pursue it further, the Education Authority has drawn up a complaints procedure (required under Section 23 of the Education Reform Act) which parents may wish to consult. Copies of the procedure are available for inspection at all schools maintained by the Local Authority, public libraries and the Complaints Officer at the Education Authority Department (address below).
