Mutual respect – the ability and willingness to accept the existence of opinions, beliefs or lifestyles different to one’s own or that one disagrees with. Allowing each other to express one’s beliefs and opinions whilst at the same time avoiding causing harm to others. Pinders school ethos with our inclusive nature is a gift for all the children and the adults. Our curriculum reflects a range of cultural, religious and nationalities and to understand that we all walk as one race, sharing the same earth. We recognise unity, celebrating our differences. Staff feel confident to challenge behaviours but in a supportive manner to allow new thoughts to embed into the children’s personality.
