"What does it mean to be a Christian in Britain today?"
As part of our RE topic this term, LKS2 have explored what it means to be a Christian in Britain today. We were fortunate enough to have Reverend Rob Drost visit our school and deliver a workshop on Christianity, providing a personal perspective of what it is like to be a Christian in Britain today. We discussed the injustices faced by Christians and the ways in which people stand up for injustices. We listened to the way in which Rosa Parks stood up against injustices and learned that she was a Christian. With Rev. Rob, we discussed injustices faced by Christians and how Christians overcome these. We worked in groups to record these ideas and questions down and later discussed them further.
