Welcome to Y2!

 

We will keep you up to date on what's new in year 2; including, useful information and photos from some of our amazing learning.

 

Year 2 Staff

Y2 Class Teacher: Miss A. Young

Year 2 will have P.E on Monday and Friday afternoons - so bring your P.E kit for both days!

 

Homework will be given on a Friday which will either be Maths or English, you will also have spellings to practise each week. Homework must be returned by the following Wednesday.

 

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss anything regarding your child in school.

Can you get to the top of the rocket? We love reading in our super reading corner! Our star writers display is incredible. Our science topic this term is materials. Have you used this maths strategy this week? Look at all our concrete resources. The VCOP board supports us with our writing.
